Rudi Reksa Sutantra

Rudi Reksa Sutantra, is an experienced leader with an educational background in Business Management from ABC Collage University in 1989.

With more than two decades of experience, Rudi has served as President Director of PT Helen Compos Consultancy Services from 2017 to 2022. Furthermore, he has been actively involved in important roles in several leading companies, including as Director of PT Atlantis Maritim Indonesia and Commissioner of PT Atlantis Subsea Indonesia from 2017 to 2023.

Since 2023, Rudi Reksa Sutantra has assumed greater responsibility as President Commissioner of PT Graha Sana Medika and PT Atlantis Subsea Indonesia Tbk, while remaining in the role of Commissioner of PT Atlantis Maritim Indonesia. These strategic roles demonstrate the ability to manage and oversee various aspects of the business.

Yohanes Henri Prasetyo

Yohanes Henri Prasetyo is a professional with an educational background in Accounting from Mercu Buana University.

Yohanes has built up his work experience as a Staff Auditor at PT Bank Institut Tabungan Negara Tbk from 2016 to 2018. After that, he continued his career as a Staff Auditor at the DBSDA Public Accounting Firm in 2019-2020. Since 2020, Yohanes has taken on greater responsibility as General Manager at PT Cahaya Bintang Indonusa.

Not only active in the corporate world, Yohanes Henri Prasetyo has also been involved as an Independent Commissioner at PT Atlantis Subsea Indonesia Tbk since 2023. This position shows trust and recognition for his knowledge and integrity in the world of public companies.

Yophi Kurniawan Iswanto

Yophi started his professional journey as a Sales Executive at PT Surya Pertiwi from 2007 to 2010, then progressed to become Assistant Manager at PT Hanwa Indonesia from 2010 to 2013. Furthermore, he served as Sales Manager at PT UTEC Survey Indonesia from 2013 to 2016.

In 2016, Yophi Kurniawan Iswanto took on an important role as President Director of PT Atlantis Subsea Indonesia, leading the company with strong expertise and vision. As time went by, Yophi was also involved in a strategic role as President Commissioner at PT. Atlantis Maritime Indonesia since 2021.

With his dedication to managing the company, Yophi continues to reach the peak of his career by returning to serve as President Director of PT Atlantis Subsea Indonesia Tbk since 2023. His dual role as President Commissioner and President Director shows Yophi’s confidence and resilience in carrying out leadership responsibilities at various levels of the company.

Andreas Setiawan

Andreas Setiawan, is a dedicated and experienced financial leader. He started his career in the taxation sector from KPP Jakarta Kemayoran until he reached the top as President Director of PT Cahaya Bintang Indonusa in 2018.

With an educational background at STAN and a Masters in Management from the Asian Institute of Technology and Business Malang, Andreas brings his in-depth knowledge and managerial expertise to every step of his career. Currently, as Finance Director of PT Atlantis Subsea Indonesia Tbk since 2023, Andreas is expected to make a significant contribution in managing the company’s finances, utilizing his success and extensive experience in the industry.
